Kovener's Korner Vanilla Custard is designed to be a premium vanilla to complement the Chocolate Malt.

It has a rich, vanilla tastes with a slight ivory color cast.

• The butterfat content is 5% and it does contain eggs. 

• Volume overruns are typically 50% with higher overruns possible using pump-assisted freezers.
• Because of the richer taste compared to lower grade vanilla mixes, less frozen product is required in shakes to achieve a full vanilla flavor experience
• Kovener's Korner soft serve ice cream mixes are supplied in 2 -1/2 gallon pouches with 2 pouches per handling crate.
